I'VE OFTEN THOUGHT A PHOTOGRAPHER'S WORK
is a direct reflection of how they view the world. I feel that is what I've spent the past eight years trying to master: capturing how I see the world and sharing it with others. I grew up in Morgantown, West Virginia, where my love and passion for wedding, engagement, and portrait photography began; I never feel more energized than when I have a camera in front of me! A craving for adventure and my adoration for the Rocky Mountains finally made my dream of moving to Conifer, Colorado a reality in May of 2011. I am so excited to be living in the mountains but so close to Denver, too. When I'm not shooting or editing, you'll find me hiking in Conifer and Evergreen or knitting away in my bright red hammock with a hot cup of coffee.
After working as a photographer for West Virginia University, a whitewater photographer on the Arkansas River, and shooting engagements, portraits, and weddings every chance I had, I realized how much I love working with people--especially people in love!
My hope is that through meeting me you will quickly learn how I see the world and how passionate I am about my career as a professional photographer. My adventurous heart and desire to make people happy has led me on my journey out west and to where I am today.
